Update:eMarketplaces v2 sneak peak

Valueworks provides a software solution for people within the construction sector. We currently use a web application called eProc, but although eProc has alot of functionality, it just isn’t very user friendly for our clients. We needed something to be more web based and user friendly for people who may not be very computer literate.

The clients range from landlords, suppliers, consortiums and skilled professionals, such as joiners and plumbers. The eMarketplace is a meeting ground for all of them where they can set up contracts, purchase products etc.

Part of my job as well as designing and coding the front end was to help the business analysts specify the project for our off shore developers to code the back end and to help set up a content management system for me to use.

Update: e-Marketplaces is currently going through a 2nd phase of re-design so check back soon for an update.
